COMMENT INCORPORATION

All comments and other correspondence received before final delivery of the document and as part of the review and validation process are stored in a Comments Incorporated folder within the job folder. The Comments Incorporated folder is returned with the other job files to the customer at job completion to provide a complete record of all customer and operator comments.
