EMPLOYEE TRAINING

We have an on-going employee training program to ensure product quality. Our training program emphasizes:

• Familiarity with customer components and requirements. Personnel familiar with customer-driven changes are required to notify other personnel of format, boilerplate text, level of breakdown, and other changes.
• Compliance with written procedures. PA Inc has extensive written quality procedures and other training aids that are available for review on request.
• Familiarity with new software and processes.
• Familiarity with content and format specification changes.
