Parker Hannfin,

I would like to commend Patty Millard and Steven Prefontaine for the efforts and professionalism during the In-process Review (IPR). Not only was the review a complete success, it was conducted ahead of schedule. Their outstanding performance clearly is concurrent with Boeing objectives to produce a quality manual.

Their in-depth knowledge and cooperative work manners were a pleasure during the IPR. The Navy commented on several occasions on the quality of the manual. The customer was highly impressed with the detail and clarity of the illustrations. During the IPR, Patty and Steven provided excellent guidance to the Navy concerning disassembly/assembly and testing and troubleshooting procedures.

Boeing would like to thank Patty and Steven for their superior work. Their support of the IPR is greatly appreciated and their actions should not go unnoticed. Patty and Steven are not only a credit to themselves, but also a credit to the company.
