WRITTEN QUALITY PROCEDURES

We've implemented written proprietary quality procedures to ensure that all writers and illustrators follow industry, customer, and PA Inc standards. During job preparation, all draft documents are thoroughly reviewed before delivery, and all customer and other review comments are fully incorporated. The quality procedures provide the basis for our upcoming ISO 9000 certification and are available for review on request.

All comments received during development of the document and as part of the review and validation process are stored in a Comments Incorporated folder within the job folder. The Comments Incorporated folder is returned with the other job files to the customer at job completion.
